Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery from your Amazon account (Your Orders › Return or Replace Items). Amazon's extended holiday return window may apply to orders placed during the holiday season.

Arrived damaged?

If your snow globe arrives broken or leaking, request a replacement or refund in your Amazon account, or email us at support@focusonthegift.com with your Amazon order number and a photo. We'll help make it right.
