We stand behind every snow globe we make. If the light, music or glitter motion stops working under normal use within one year of purchase, email support@focusonthegift.com with your Amazon order number and a short photo or video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

This warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, drops, glass broken after delivery, battery leakage, or damage from opening the globe or using it outdoors.
